College Staff Members Communication Strategy

In the event of an incident and the implementation of the College's Business Continuity Plan, the Head of Human Resources will put into place a communication strategy to inform all staff members of the planned action by managers.

Initially a small team of managers will be located at the Regent Street Command Centre, where all staff members' contact details are held securely. Staff members will be contacted systematically by telephone and letter to explain any actions required by individuals and teams.
